4 hours of calm on the farm set in 16 acres of greenbelt
Welcome tea on arrival
40 minute breathwork + meditation class
Guided ice bath immersion
30 mins bubbling jaquizzi access
30 minutes zen den access with roaring fire pit

How the voucher works?
We will ship your voucher (the address you enter at check out is where your voucher will be sent). When you are ready to book your session look at the available dates on the website and book using the unique code on your voucher. We will leave the ‘to and from’ section of the voucher blank. Voucher will be shipped in a branded gift box.
All gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable and no experience is necessary as all our events are fully guided by qualified professional Kay Lou, our Cold Water Facilitator and Breathwork Coach.
